Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Irvine Cart Company. We offer a refund and/or an exchange within the first 45 days of your purchase for parts affected.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. We will replace or exchange items that are defective or damaged in shipment and cover the freight. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for returns or exchanges for credit of the whole cart or part thereof. Should any of the above be necessary, send an email with the details and your request to (email address.com), include your phone number. We will respond with appropriate return instructions and authorization.Advisory
1) No assembly required
2) Shipping free within 100 mile radius of Irvine, California. Otherwise $300-$700 depending on distance from Irvine.
3) Delivery timing and schedule - Except for the prototype, regular production will commence upon receipt of orders which can take up to 4 months for delivery. Status on orders will be provided by email.
4) A deposit of $250 is required for all orders.
